We have compiled 17 photos from a webcam that is located in Willard Library in Evansville, Indiana. They ask the public to watch their webcams and report back any findings of activity they might see. We put our group to the test to see if they could find anything. Over a period of time, taking shifts, the Ghost Trackers group have found what they think may be an "apparition". It is a "black figure" that goes unnoticed even though there are humans walking around. Check out these pictures and let us know what you think.
